N.E.E.D.
(NorthEast Emergency Distribution)
The Northeast Emergency Distribution Center (N.E.E.D.) provides food, clothing, school supplies, and limited utility assistance for individuals and families in need. Located at 422 Bedford-Euless Road in Hurst, volunteers are needed on-site to organize and distribute items to people. Emmanuel’s days to volunteer are the 29th, 30th and 31st of each month excluding December, when those dates fall on weekdays. Each shift is 2 ½ hours—10:00a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. To volunteer call the church or call or email Lois Sieverling (817-283-1115) or lsieverl@flash.net.

Donations may be brought to Emmanuel and put in the big blue box labelled N.E.E.D. near SoRelle Hall. Members of Emmanuel deliver contributions to the N.E.E.D. facility at least once a month.
