Weekly Work
Crew Tackles
Church Repairs
Every Wednesday morning from 8:00 to 10:30 AM,
a group of daring individuals takes on a list of tasks to fix-up and maintain
the church. Some of the things that the crew has done to save money for the
church include replacing air filters, cleaning AC units, replacing light bulbs
and ballasts, replacing plumbing parts in urinals and toilets, fixing sink
drains, putting shelves in the shed, fixing doors, and maintaining flower beds
and containers. In addition, this group
recycles the church office paper, worship bulletins, and aluminum cans.
If you
(yes, this includes men AND women) want to join us to learn about or to help
with repairs, come on any Wednesday morning at 8:00 or 8:30 AM; we meet outside
SoRelle hall and start the day with a doughnut and
coffee.
The
Trustees are very grateful for this group of hard-working people and their
coordinators Jerry Floyd, Randy Moriak, and Ken
Richardson. If you have a free hour or
two on Wednesday mornings, come and join them.
